Deborah Danielson

Since leaving the University of Utah in 1992, Deborah Danielson changed employers and careers a bit. First, she worked for the National Weather Service for several years, in  the Spokane, Sacramento, and Pocatello NWS offices. In 1999, she left the NWS and went into Broadcast Meteorology, working in Idaho Falls, Boise, and Santa Barbara.  For the last several years she has been working as a high school math teacher in Santa Barbara, California, mostly teaching Pre-Calculus. Deb is happy that as of August, 2020, her two daughters will also both be UTES! One will be a junior and another will be starting as a Freshman. Although they both love the weather (their mother taught them that much), neither desires a degree in Meteorology, but Deb is still delighted they have chosen to attend her beloved University of Utah!
